Refund Policy
At Heatherverse Unlimited, transparency and integrity are at the core of our operations. Because our platform serves multiple functions—including free consumer matchmaking, business coaching, digital marketing, and independent contractor directories—this policy clearly outlines refund guidelines across each category.
1. Matchmaking & Consumer Directory Connections
Matching requests submitted by homeowners and consumers to connect with local trade professionals are provided free of charge or through specialized introductory routing. Because matchmaking introductions are executed immediately upon request dispatch, any administrative routing fees (where applicable) are non-refundable once the connection is made.
2. Physical Contractor & Trade Partner Services
Heatherverse Unlimited does not collect payment for, nor perform, physical trade services (such as plumbing, electrical work, roofing, paver installation, towing, or general contracting). All contracts, quotes, payments, and deposits are entered into directly between you and the independent service contractor. Consequently, Heatherverse Unlimited cannot issue refunds, charge reversals, or financial compensations for work performed by third-party contractors. Any payment disputes or refund requests regarding physical services must be resolved directly with the contractor who performed the work.
3. Business Coaching, SEO Audits & Digital Services
For digital marketing consulting, SEO blueprints, custom rank tracking tools, and business coaching packages:
- Digital Deliverables & Strategy Audits: Due to the immediate delivery and proprietary nature of custom audits, digital assets, and strategic roadmaps, fees for delivered digital services are non-refundable.
- Coaching Sessions: Appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours’ prior written notice may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made under 48 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable.
- The Heatherverse Academy: Digital training modules, downloadable video materials, and course access are non-refundable once portal credentials have been issued and accessed.
4. Contractor Partner Memberships & Verification Listings
Independent service businesses and partners paying for monthly directory verification, badge credentialing, or network placement may cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time. Cancellations will stop future renewals at the conclusion of the current paid billing cycle. Prorated refunds are not issued for unused partial months.
5. Dispute Inquiries & Integrity Reporting
If you encounter an issue with an independent contractor found through our network, or have a question regarding a billing transaction directly from Heatherverse Unlimited, please contact us immediately. While we cannot refund contractor fees, we maintain a strict 5-Point Verification Standard and actively investigate contractor misconduct to protect our community.
